I had a great experience working with Peter. Peter kept me in mind while he visited rentals and reached out if he thought they would be a good fit for me considering my preferences. He really supported me in my search and showed that he cared we would soon find a great fit. He is realistic and will go above and beyond to help you.

I had a decent experience when Peter was helping me find a rental. When I decided to buy a house things changed. After losing the first house because the offer wasnt strong enough, Peter called me while I was on the train home from work. Somehow Peter decided he was entitled to scream at me about the amount of money in my bank account. He screamed wanting to know aEURoeexactly how much money did I have in my account - to the penny?!aEUR? While this was going on, I had him on speakerphone while I tried to get my train tickets to show the conductor on my phone. The man sitting next to me was a divorce lawyer and asked if I needed representation - because he assumed only a soon to be ex would scream at someone like this. I am a woman. My overwhelming assumption is that had I been a man Peter wouldnt have dared speak to me like I was not even human. This was also validated by the social worker sitting in front of me who heard the tirade. Seems half of NJ transit heard his yelling. When I explained this was my realtor and not an abusive spouse, they were aghast. My bank account balance was not his concern. I already had a pre approval and my lender had all the documents necessary and then some. Peter told my lender that he thought I was lying - (my lender told me). This was ridiculous since my lender had my bank statements, tax returns etc. I should have cut ties immediately but was hoping he had just had a bad day. The next day I had sent him a house listing that I wanted to see - which had sloppily photoshopped neon green grass mid winter. I have an FHA loan and Peter refused to show the house to me because he decided it had no walkway or driveway, failing to notice the terrible photo retouching job someone did covering both. He stated that FHA wouldnt allow a house without a walkway or driveway and hence I couldnt see it. I called another agent who happily showed me the property which of course had a driveway and a walkway and no neon grass. If I screamed at someone at work, Id be in trouble. Screaming about my bank account is absolutely no ones place and completely unacceptable, unprofessional and frankly despicable.
