We have had our big dream for years now of getting our lives started out in the countryside, and we would not be anywhere close to where we are today if it hadnt been for Peter Haase. Peter was not only quick on his feet at critical points in time, but over the full course of multiple transactions, he consistently went the extra mile with bringing both calm and experienced command as well as clear-headed reasoning to some extra-ordinary circumstances facing both the search and negotiating of our new home as well as helping us later successfully circumnavigate sticky issues surrounding the sale of our old one in the face of bullying over-reach by a domineering home owners association. I can say from our experience that Peter is all about being full-package support for his buyers and sellers, keeping their specific wishes and desires front and center, and while confidently leading by way of a firm container yet gentle communicative approach to this sometimes rocky-road process of home buying and selling. Ive never experienced someone in the realtors business with this level of demonstrated concern for the well-being of his clients, nor this degree of integrity in his commitment and demonstrated work ethic. This is the second time we have worked with Patrick. The first time, Patrick helped us buy our first home 3 years ago. We loved working with the PHREE team! Peter helped us buy our house then several years later, Patrick helped us buy a piece of land to build a house and sold our house. They are very communicative and walk you through every step of the process whether buying a home (home inspections, appraisals, etc), selling a home (what to improve, fair listing price, etc) and buying land (survey reports, septic testing, etc). We have had a wonderful experience with them and would use them again (but hopefully won't for many, many years).
