During the process he provided me with additional details about the new home I'm renting now, more pictures about the unit, and was always available if needed. The transaction for security deposit and rent payment was easy going so far. We also met at a time convenient to me on the day I moved in to finalize everything and to handover the keys. Best part of this experience was that I got at the end the keys to the new built unit, as apparently the other party decided to go a different route.
