Being a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns but my biggest fear was getting stuck with a pushy realtor that only cared about making a sale. This was not Tiffany. She never tried to "sell" me. She showed up, gave me great information and let me do my thing without the hassle. I had an offer fall-though with a shady seller and Tiffany had my back. Even when it didn't incentivize her, she gave me the correct advise. I ended up looking for a house for quite a while and Tiffany always showed up on-time and gave me the same level of service and respect she showed me from day one. Honestly there were a lot of things I didn't know about buying a house in Florida and she stepped-in with great insight and information. I finally own a great house (which Tiffany found and I might not have ever decided to see without her recommendation) and I am beyond happy. I travel a lot for work and Tiffany showed-up so many times to help get us to close. Anything I needed, any appointment I couldn't make, Tiffany was there. She helped my put in a great offer. During closing, I was never blind-sighted. She went above and beyond and I will absolutely recommend her to my friends!
