ZillowVERIFIEDPeter was an absolute joy to work with!! We could not have closed on our commercial property without him. He was diligent and meticulous in preparing our property for listing and sale. He actively contacted and sought out potential agents/buyers which was instrumental in the sale of the property. He actively facilitated and followed up with every item that needed to be addressed. We have and will continue to recommend him for ANY real estate property that anyone is looking to sell or buy. His ethics, professionalism and meticulous attention to detail is above reproach! ZillowVERIFIED Finding a real estate agent who actually understands investors is rare. Before meeting Peter Drossos, I worked with multiple other agents and ended up disappointed by their lack of energy, poor communication, and complete unwillingness to meet investor expectations. Finding Peter changed everything. He has now helped me sell four investment properties across the Chicago market. Peter brings high energy, sharp market strategy, and an aggressive drive to get the job done right. He understands construction, contractors, timelines, and bottom-line numbers. He is proactive, remarkably responsive, and a true asset to any real estate investor. If you are tired of passive agents and want a high-performing partner in Chicago, call Peter Drossos!

ZillowVERIFIED I simply cannot imagine buying our first home without Peter helping us navigate this crazy market. He devoted a tremendous amount of his time to ensure we found the perfect spot for us. A few times his guidance stopped us from settling on bad deals when were feeling discouraged and ready to end the search. When we did find the perfect spot, Peter quickly locked it in and expedited the closing process. He clearly knows what he's doing; one minute he had the sellers in stitches, and the next he was playing hardball negotiating on our behalf. He's an unmatched realtor as well as a really fun guy to have with you through this process.

ZillowVERIFIED Even before listing our property with Peter Drossos, he was responsive and helpful with questions and concerns, providing detailed information about similar properties in West Town, Chicago and their selling prices. He respected the price our family was willing to sell for and worked to make it happen. He was very considerate of the tenants in the property throughout all the showings. Peters extensive experience with marketing, financing, inspections, city ordinances, property taxes, etc. helped throughout the entire selling process, making it easier to navigate the sale of a commercial property and resolve issues as they arose. Peter takes pride in his profession, values family and will work diligently on behalf of those who entrust him with their property as we did!

ZillowVERIFIED I was very pleased working with Peter in selling my home we lived in for 40 years. He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. He did extensive research for comparables so we could ensure we were getting the right price. He was able to work around my busy schedule and was very patient as it took a long time for me to clean out and prepare my house for selling.
