Peter was amazing from the first time we contacted him until our house was sold and our transaction was closed. We were under a tight timeline on how quickly we wanted to put our house on the market. Where some realtors would have shied away from this request, he was so encouraging, helping us every step of the way - ensuring we stayed on schedule. While we were out of town, Peter coordinated repairs that were requested by our buyer and a cleaning service to perform a final cleaning. He ensured every detail was handled, allowing us to relax and enjoy our previously scheduled trip. Peter worked extremely hard, taking professional photos and meticulously listing our home to showcase it to ensure a quick sale. Heater was outstanding. I purchased and built a home out of state, and he went above and beyond a realtors duties to make the process easy for me. Any time I had a question he had multiple solutions. I have bought and sold many homes, and he went above and beyond, I cannot recommend he and his team enough I would give him 10 stars but they only allow me to get five.
