She also handled the move-out and move-in process seamlessly, including the walkthrough, key handoff, and coordinating utilities with the new tenant. l needed a rental but was having a hard time finding something that could fit my family and help us save so we can buy our house. She took the time and helped us find a good home for us where we could save and still be comfortable. Was always available and checked in regularly to get our opinions to fine tune our selection. Was a first time buyer on one of Mr. Harris's listed properties and it cost us both time and significant money to us due to his lack of professionalism. Failed to disclose significant issues and even allowed sellers to mark "no" on visible issues including significant animal intrusion/damage and excrement in both the crawlspace and attic, visible insect damage, and electrical failure and dangerous DIY wiring. Mr. Harris communicated in an obsequious manner with our agent convincing her the sellers were motivated and willing to negotiate under the guise that there were fixes (even before the inspection) and set us up with a no return escrow if we declined the sale. We scheduled an inspection and provided the sellers a four day extension request though Mr. Harris which I discovered he never presented them.... and likely on purpose knowing this house was a disaster (opinion). After the inspection revealed there was no plausible way to close without significant remediation and repair we offered in our defect notice to reimburse the sellers in the loan for just the basic repairs required to close the house and *surprise* they had no interest in any negotiations at all. We received no counter offer, so was buy as is or we were expected to cancel and Mr. Harris's lack of diligence in processing the time extension our agent provided Mr. Harris one day after the initial offer was accepted cost us as buyers $1000 and he ghosted her entirely in getting it signed on his end. In my *personal opinion* it was a scam to get another month of mortgage payments to sustain his sellers another month for a house that will never sell as is. I have never in my life been treated so poorly in a transaction... and I caution anyone working with Mr. Harris in the future to act wisely and if you see a single red flag terminate quickly to save yourself and your money.

Teri is such a fantastic person to work with. She is trustworthy & goes above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend her for your next home purchase or sale.
