ZillowVERIFIED Pete is a great realtor. I used to be a realtor and am all too familiar with where the pushy salesman stereotype comes from. Pete is the opposite of that. He really listened and cared about our individual needs and wants as buyers and helped us negotiate to get our dream home. It was great to have such a knowledgeable yet fun professional to make the home buying experience enjoyable and exactly what we hoped for. We can't wait to enjoy our new home, go with Pete 100%!

ZillowVERIFIED Pete went above and beyond to help me. Something I really appreciated as a first-time home buyer. Every question I had, he answered. He traveled very far to show me several homes before I finally found the one that I knew was right for me. Once I found that home, he sat down with me and explained every step in the process. If you are looking for a realtor that aims to please, is extremely knowledgeable, and has prompt responses. Pete is the one for you. And to other first-time home buyers - Pete is your guy. The home buying market can be chaotic and crazy, and I am fortunate enough to have had Pete's assistance on navigating the journey.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly, highly recommend using Pete! I was matched with him through Zillow by chance and he turned out to be amazing. Incredibly easy to talk to, there was never any pressure and he was very knowledgeable about the process and good deals vs. bad deals. He answered my father's 1,000 questions with patience and understanding - would most definitely use him again in the future if I ever needed to. This first time home buying process was intimidating but Pete made it go as smooth as he possibly could and I could not be more grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED Pete helped me purchase a 4 unit rental building in the Summer of 2021. He conducted 2 walk-throughs with me. 1 before the offer and 1 after the offer. He took the time to look for leaks, cracks, etc... He collected leases from the listing agent and wrote up all the contingencies that I needed. There were 5 offers on the property and Pete successfully navigated the deal from offer to close. His response time was always fast. If you need a rental property Pete is your guy.
