ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I purchased a home in Walnut Creek with Pete Sabine. We did not have a good experience. Moving to Walnut Creek from out of town we were not able to do a final walk-thru of the home and our agent did not guide us here. The agent should have facilitated this. Moving into the home the seller left appliances, trash and several truck loads of their personal belongings. Very frustrating. We bought a 2M dollar home that was not move-in ready. We blame Pete.
