Let me begin with a brief background. We moved to the area from the east coast to be near family and take part in the birth and growth of our grandchildren. To set ourselves up, we rented an apartment in Snohomish to buy time to explore the area, understand the market and find the best place possible for the best possible aEURoegrandparentingaEUR?. We spent the better part of a year exploring, talking to contacts and outlining what we needed in a new home. We also, after a rough experience in the past, wanted a realtor steeped in the area and cut from a solid professional cloth. In short, we were highly focused and highly selective buyers. After months of study and research, we settled on Pete Keating as our realtor. This is exactly why we did the work. Pete took all of our desires and constraints into consideration and dug for homes that met our numerous needs. In the end, we settled on a home just outside our aEURoeperfectaEUR? neighborhood but it was the only one we have seen in a year that met our critical priorities. Indeed, its a bit of a unicorn home, but we are in it now and quite pleased. Out first Christmas was wonderful and we are very thankful Pete was our realtor.
