After only owning our home for a year and a half we needed to sell because we were moving to Colorado after joining the U.S. Army. The sale of the home took place completely by email and telephone conversations between the us and the team. We actually never met anyone in person!! If this doesn't speak volumes to the level of competence and professionalism Pete and his team possess, I don't know what does! After almost 9 whole months of back and forth with the bank and keeping the buyers interested in the property we finally closed on the home. His knowledge of the neighborhood was extremely beneficial in setting a realistic selling price. Our family proposed what we thought was a fair purchase agreement/addendum. It required Pete to exercise his negotiation skills. He was successful in protecting our interests. His staff/associates were always professional. I had many questions and they were always professionally addressed. I love the fact Pete's office uses new electronic computer programs. I believe it really expedited the process.
