Pete and Justin met with my wife and I (no 3 hour sales pitch) on how they had buyers waiting! They toured our house and told us this house shouldnt still be on the market. Justin suggested a slight price adjustment he re-listed house set up showings for that first weekend after 3 days of showings on the fourth day Justin had multiple offers and had our house sold well over the asking price which also turned out to be the highest selling price for a house in my immediate area. ZillowVERIFIED I made appointments with 3 brokers, all from well-known firms. The 1st broker toured the house then said she would gather here material and get back to me in a few days. The 2nd broker toured the house (5 minutes) and gave me a verbal quote of what he would put the house on the market for, he was off about $60,000.00. I met with Pete at 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning. We toured the house and he asked me questions about the roof, the mechanicals and everything inside and out. He said he was going back to his office to do some research, and if it was o.k. we would meet again at 1:00 p.m. When Pete returned he had comps that where close to my style house but explained that because my house had an in-law it added more value to the house. He also walked me through the entire process of a house sale and what to expect and more important what I needed to do (Nothing).Pete and his team kept me informed on the activity on the house. Any time I contacted Pete he returned my call within the hour.When we received an offer Pete walked me through the aEURoePurchase and Sale agreementaEUR? and what to expect on a time frame for the closing. During the home inspection an issue came up with the septic system. I thought this may seriously delay the sale or even stop the sale, but Pete was able to use his contacts and have the issue fixed very quickly and not affect the closing date.I will definitely use Pete and his team again and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

He walked us through all of the similar comparable houses on the market, seasonal and "long term" trends to show us how he came to his recommended asking price. If you're a data person like me, you'll absolutely love that aspect. His focus on data, honesty, and a fair deal was evident through the whole process. If anything on our house or the houses we looked at wasn't "picture perfect", he gave us reasonable and sound advice on which items were must-fixes and which ones aren't worth bringing up.
