Pete was great to work with. His response was very fast anytime we reached out to him. He knew the area well and was very helpful. It was our first home purchase and he explained the whole process in advance, it was nice not having any surprises come up. Good realtor!

Pete has been a remarkable agent. We had specific needs on or list of must haves that were a bit out of the norm. But Pete was great and worked with us daily to keep us posted on properties as they became available! Not sure how he did it, but he found us the house of our dreams! Would recommend Pete to anyone I know starting their search for a new home!!

ZillowVERIFIEDVery helpful, showed the houses I asked for with out delay. I started with another realtor who did not get back to me for 6 days. Pete was responsive quick. Gave me the information I need to help me get to a good location and I love my new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I had been renting in Manhattan at the same residence for 3 years and all of a sudden my landlord was getting divorced and needed my rental to live in and I had short notice to move. I found Pete and he helped me find a home owner wanting to sell by owner so I could find a new place to buy faster and going through a title company versus waiting on a closing. I did not want to continue renting and Pete helped me find a way to buy instead of me having to lock in under another rental lease. Pete Anderson knows the area well and walked me through it and didn't even expect a fee. I'll use Pete for any commercial real estate or investment properties in the future for sure, 100%!

His patience and real estate knowledge educated me while also finding me the perfect home. Thank goodness for his never give up attitude. Others might have tired of me, but he found me my dream home! Pete is definitely one of the great ones! I can't thank him enough for all he did for me and my family!
