ZillowVERIFIED I have come to the conclusion that selling a coop apartment was the hardest thing to do. I was completely frustrated after about a year of numerous disappointments until I recruited Perry Pappas and his sales team. Perry from day one had a "we will get it done" attitude that put me at ease. Since I was coordinating this sale from the west side of the country, Perry and his team helped me to manage this empty apartment. I strongly agree that his professional nature made this sale happen and would recommend his services for any of your needs. Thanks again for this successful business relationship.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry helped us with the sale of our house and purchase of our co-op. Our house was listed on a Thursday. He set up an open house for that Sunday and by Tuesday we had an offer above asking. Perry got us in to the co-op we purchased the day it went on the market. He was very knowledgeable about our market. He was very responsive and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry Pappas is an amazing realtor. He listened attentively to our desired homes expectations. It was an extremely long process due to the limited homes on the market that met our demands. Never did he give up, or present as if he were frustrated with our lack of positive responses to the markets availability. He is a hard worker and always made our schedule and needs fit into his. Hes patient, honest, and reliable. He never made us feel rushed and always provided us with the additional information we requested after seeing a house. He always has a positive and professional demeanor. I definitely recommend calling Perry if you are looking for a house to make your home

ZillowVERIFIED Selling our property was a long process, with many delays and issues, but Perry was a true professional throughout the process. We never had to worry about anything and did not have to make the long journey into Queens whenever there was an issue (this was especially important to us since we live about 2 hours away from the property). We could count on Perry to take care of everything. He was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house or property.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry and Scarlett saved the day! I had an awful experience with a sale falling through before I met them. Once they got on board everything changed. I had already moved out of town so they did everything needed to get the house ready to put it back on the market, even cleaning and moving things themselves! They were both extremely responsive throughout and helped talk me off a ledge more then once. I would highly highly recommend this team to anyone looking to sell their house in the Baldwin/Oceanside area.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with this agent twice. He always comes prepared and ready to sell. He listens to his clients needs and offers knowledgeable advice when appropriate. Perry calls and text in a timely manner, answering any and all questions I had. He also was patient with my mother inlaw, helping her place calls and find information that she found difficult. Perry and his team use social media to their advantage, beautifully advertising the homes on popular sites like instagram and facebook. Reaching large amounts of possible buyers. He is respectful and hard working. He gos above and beyond for his clients. I fully recommend his team and services. I plan to use Perry as a agent again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry Pappas moves fast and efficient. He has helped my family 3 times and was always professional and successful. The first time I used him, he guaranteed to sell within in 3 months, which I thought was a long shot. Not only were we in contract with a buyer, I was also in a new contract for an amazing house to move in to. Meanwhile this was during the rise of the real estate bubble, and we avoided a bidding war because he simply put the customer first. Its that commitment that puts him above the rest. I highly recommend Perry Pappas as your next agent. Good luck.
