ZillowVERIFIED The experience we had with Perry in him directly assisting in the discovery, vetting, and purchasing of our home in South Florida was unlike any property acquisition I have had before. Perry guided us through every step of the way to ensure we were prepared, informed, and most importantly happy. His multi-faceted knowledge of the inner workings of the industry was exceeded only by his persistence for accommodation. Walking us through every single nook and cranny of the sales process, down to personally driving us to and from locations, Perry serves as the upper bounds of what one should expect when searching for a real estate agent. In the lifelong commitment that is the journey of home-buying, I would trust no one else in South Florida outside of Perry Martin to ensure all your needs are met.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry completely worked us through the entire sale process. From reaching out to us initially when we expressed interest (we live out of state) until a final close two years later! From picking us up at the airport and driving us to see prospective properties to contacting all relevant players (including some not relevant ones who ended up helping us with our decision), he went above and beyond. We could not recommend Perry any stronger!

ZillowVERIFIED We started our house search in February 2019, Perry was helpful, prompt, and attentive during the moment he first contacted us to the day of closing. While we were searching for our home, he had a list of properties ready and a route planned; he was also accommodating to our infant at the time and was patient when we needed to take breaks. When we found our home, he was on top of the process the whole way through, making sure deadlines were met both on our side and the sellers. I was regularly copied on communications with our lender, the seller's agent, and the title company the whole way through.I would use Perry again.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry Martin listed my condominium and it was sold in a short period of time mainly due to his marketing skills. I found him to be very knowledgeable and hard working. I have recommended two of my friends to him and they too were more than satisfied with Perry's work ethics.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry was great to work with. He knew the market well and got our home sold in just under 3 weeks bringing leads nearly every day. He also connected us with a very competent realtor in the town in which we moved that found our new home to purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED We had no knowledge of Perry Martin when heading down to Florida in looking for a 2nd / summer home last month. Upon finding Perry online, we reached out and he responded in a timely manner with he utmost professionalism. During our home search process, Perry understood our needs and got us the exact home we were looking for at a below market value on our first day of searching in which we closed on yesterday. Perry did not just make a deal, he built a relationship, and went above and beyond the normal service of a real estate agent. Upon closing Perry went out of his way got us our keys and took care of minor details that he did not have to do in helping us until we can arrive to get things in order from Chicago. If you need any kind of property in Southern Florida, Perry Martin is the man to call. Thank you for your services Perry and finding us our home with ease. Michael Mandile

ZillowVERIFIED I have been in mortgage banking for many years as wells a property investor in Nj. I decided to move to Boca Raton and found Perry Martin on zillow. I was so use to working with my Realtors up north I couldn't imagine the same comfort or confidence in a new realtor in a new area. Well Perry has been a first class find for me . He listened to my wants and moved swiftly . His response time was immediate as well as his proactive timing. He helped me handle the purchase from1500 miles away and was there for me on moving day. I was new to the area and Perry made sure I had everything I needed. He went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Perry Martin.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldn't have asked for a better expiernce buying my first house. Found exactly what I was looking for, at the price I could afford. Perry went above and beyond the call of duty. For a first time home buyer, I'm glad there are still people out there who actually care about what house you buy. Most DONT. I would recommend his services highly. Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED I was searching a house on line to buy. Perry Martin very promptly emailed me and subsequently contacted me over phone. He was very eager and enthusiastic to show me as many houses as I wanted to see. Finally he was successful to make a deal and I bought a house on 30th Dec 2014. I found Perry Martin a lovable person, very well behaved, highly punctual, honest and hard working. I would love to take his help as a realtor in future if I buy another house.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Martin was beyond professional, very patient and accommodating. He is an extremely hard worker. He was committed to helping us and doing whatever it takes to help us find a home. My mother and I had a lot of requirements and Mr. Martin really listened to us and made sure our home search was tailored to meet those requirements. I was looking for a home in a community which allows three dogs and my mom was looking for a home which was close to public transportation. Mr. Martin was punctual, followed through and was very personable. He went above and beyond for us. We were very impressed and would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Words can't describe how lucky we were to find Perry. We are the first time buyers in Florida and sometimes we got a feeling that he understood even better than we what house and community would be ideal for our personality, lifestyle and financial budget. His professionalism, deep knowledge of area, and persistence helped us to find the ideal house for us in just a few days. How amazing is that! After we made an offer we left back to our NJ home and the entire purchasing process was executed remotely without any glitch. Perry gave his 110%. He kept us informed and educated on the process, and continued consistently to follow up on every detail to prepare for closing. We can't thank him enough!Perry is all about integrity and excellence - extremely smart, knowledgeable, detailed-oriented and organized, meanwhile remaining patient and easy going. There are a lot of realtors out there, some with snazzier websites and flashier mailings, but we truly believe that no one will work as hard as Perry to get you into the property you want.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry was efficient, responsive, professional and pleasant. In sum, an excellent broker. We had the property listed with another broker and changed over to Perry when the listing expired. He was quite familiar with the property and the area and we ultimately closed with the first buyer he presented to us.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry was referred by my relative who were in the process of buying a house themselves. After my first call, he immediately scheduled a face to face meeting and asked detailed questions about our needs and wants. He was professional and courteous and made me feel very comfortable. I personally work in commercial real estate for past decade so I understand the value of market knowledge, with Perry, you don't have to worry, he will guide you every step of the way. He goes above and beyond and helps you find your dream home. I have to say, after months of searching and eventually buying our dream home, I'm proud to consider him not only my broker but also a friend. I wish Perry the best and once you meet him, I know you will also have similar experience. "Thank you Perry"

ZillowVERIFIED We found Mr Martin to be very knowledgeable regarding the area, Boynton Bch, Fla, in which we were looking to purchase a home. He was very responsive to our phone calls and/or emails. And was very prompt in providing us with listings of available homes for sale. These listings contained homes in our price range and had the specific features which were of interest to us. Thereby allowing us to view only those properties that we might buy. We found Mr Martin easy to work with and very cooperative.

ZillowVERIFIED Perry displayed an extensive knowledge of the areas that I had been searching on my own, but then helped me locate numerous areas that I had overlooked or missed. He spent a large amount of time assisting my search, listening to my preferences and dislikes. In the end we found the home we wanted in the price range we specified and an area we liked. He is an outstanding agent and very nice person to do business with. srk
