Pernicia Jordan, a full-time Realtor with HomeSmart Realty Group, started her real estate career in March, 2012. Her current portfolio includes the selling of Single Family Homes, condos, mobile homes and Multi-family units in the Los Angeles county, Orange County, Riverside County and San Bernardino county, specializing in the sale/exchange of Long Beach area multi-family complexes is her area of expertise. From her first successful real estate transaction, (an L.A. multifamily dwelling sold in 2012) Pernicia has cultivated a growing list of satisfied investor clientele. She has partnered with an established management company who invests and manages properties in Los Angeles County.
