There are not enough words to describe how amazing Perla was during our experience. As first time buyers (and sellers), Perla was an amazing realtor that was not only patient and tentative to our needs, but walked us through the entire process every step of the way. We chose Perla because we constantly see her closing on other peoples homes on social media! That made us feel confident and secure that no matter how tough the market is, shed be able to find us a home! We also chose Perla because we see her commercials on Telemundo all the time, which lets us know that she is legitimate and successful at what she does! In her commercials she seems very friendly, clear, and willing to help. Most importantly, we chose Perla because she is bilingual! My husband needed Spanish to understand the entire process clearly, and Perla was able to do that perfectly! Perla got it all done!!! We were previously with another realtor and it seemed IMPOSSIBLE to find a home. When we chose Perla, it was a different story! She boosted our confidence in finding the perfect home for us, she met with us and explained everything thoroughly, she sent us homes through the portal that had potential so it was always worth our time, and she made everything extremely easy and not stressful at all! Our communication with her and her assistants was impecable and the customer service was above and beyond!!! When we buy our next property, we will select Perla as our realtor once again without a doubt!!!!
