She stayed in touch and when were were ready to sell in 2020, we decided we wanted to work with her. After making some home improvements that Penny recommended, our home sold very quickly and for well above list price, but finding a replacement was a challenge because it was a sellers market with high demand and low inventory. While Penny also provided her recommended listing price, her research allowed me to make a well-informed decision.Penny was willing to be as involved with the home preparation process as I wanted her to be involved. She provided thoughtful recommendations of improvements to make before listing, including referrals of professionals to help me with the improvements. Penny coordinated staging and photography, which turned out beautifully. Before the listing went live, we had a mutually agreed-upon marketing plan in place.Penny coordinated two days of open houses, and multiple private showings.
