Penny arrived in Orange County in 2011, accompanied by her serial technology Entrepreneur husband and teenage family, with some 10+ years of Real Estate experience in Silicon Valley and Sugarland, Texas. But even before that, Penny believes selling was in her blood having experienced success in sales roles throughout her early life. Over the next 6 years in Rossmoor and surrounding areas of LA and Orange County, Penny honed her marketing skills and successful reputation. She formed Penny Sells Homes and has gone from strength to strength, closing on over $35,000,000 in real estate transactions in the last 18 months. Penny is now one of Keller William's top-producing agents in Orange County, and is in the top 2% of KW agents nationwide.
