ZillowVERIFIEDThis was our first house my wife and I have bought and we couldn't have done it without Penny. Not only was she very knowledgeable of the market, she took our needs and made sure that ever property we looked at was tailored to them. She has an artistic eye for selling houses. Very responsive with the millions of questions we asked and we never felt like we were a bother to her. Very prompt with getting paperwork completed and was instrumental in communicating with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and expident closing process. I am very grateful to have used Penny and would recommend her to everyone looking to by a home. Great professional and amazing person. Thank you Penny!
ZillowVERIFIEDPenny is a phenomenal realtor. I worked with her on and off for 10 months. Once I became serious about purchasing a home, she helped me find the ideal place and negotiate a deal all within a week. She was helpful and informative in every step of the process - and as a first-time home buyer, I felt I couldn't have been in better hands! Choose Penny as your realtor for either buying or selling - you won't be disappointed!
