ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Penny was easy at every level. She was always responsive and helpful. She helped me to navigate a slightly extended contract period with patience and understanding. This resulted in a positive experience for both me and the buyers!

ZillowVERIFIED I had to hound Penny for updates. She barely contacted me at all - only to sign paperwork. She tried to pressure me into lowering my asking price VERY early in our sale process. She never volunteered information, I had to ask if there were showings, if there were any updates, etc. Absolute minimum communication with me. The closing happened last week and she didn't contact me at all about the closing date, or offer any information - I received that information from my Real Estate Attorney. I would not recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Penny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our search to buy a home. Looking to buy a home in another state, we needed extra help and had lots of questions. She was always very responsive to our calls/texts and on time to every showing. I liked the fact that she was very personable and easy to talk to. The biggest selling point for us was how very open and honest she was. Although we decided to buy our home in VT, I would highly recommend Penny to anyone looking to buy a home in NY. Thank you Penny!

ZillowVERIFIED Penny was our real estate agent during the summer of 2022. She was extremely patient in showing us many, many houses. We put in several offers that were not accepted, and she remained steadfast in finding the right house for us. When we did have an offer accepted and the inspection showed issues, she was able to renegotiate our offer, saving us close to $40,000.00. Penny was very professional. She answered all questions, researching the answers if necessary. You will not be disappointed in choosing Penny as your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Penny was great to work with. I would highly recommend her as a sales agent to anyone looking to list or sell their home. Penny was helpful with locating building inspectors for us. She provided information to our attorney in a timely manner. She helped the purchasing process flow smoothly by working with the listing agent of a different reality company. We were living 120 miles away and she was very helpful with providing quick responses to our many questions.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with her for years! Started looking in 2017, visiting home after home until we found the one! She helped us with every step along the way from finding homes to look at and who to use for contacts during the buying process! Shes amazing to work with and so helpful and also very fast at responding back and keeping the buyer aware of any changes and/or updates! We would recommend her 100% to any new home buyers!!

ZillowVERIFIED Penny is absolutely cut-and dried, and no nonsense. If you want cuddles and cute, you may want to look elsewhere. If you want a good property at the best value, Penny is your gal. I retained her as a buyer-broker, and saved money on my new home. Penny won't show you a property she's not convinced is a value, and is direct, extremely honest and forthcoming. She's not at all afraid to work hard. We dialed into a perfect property within a week, and closed three weeks later. Done. No problems. She helped at the closing as well, and had excellent recommendations for attorneys at closing and the little things like getting telephone and electrical connected. I give her my recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Penny is a professional in the truest sense. Prompt, knowledgeable, and articulate, she was a pleasure to work with. She is honest, and did her very best to set me up for success. When my home needed repairs, she found local roofers and electricians to perform the work and kept me updated on progress of my closing as things moved forward. If ever I need a real estate agent, again, in the future I will look no further than Penny.
