ZillowVERIFIEDShe wasted my time and tried to talk about politics/conspiracies..and anything else but real estate. My partner and I were shocked how badly she misread who we are and what we are looking for. It was a shocking experience. She brought up politics and how we should be voting "if we want to continue to enjoy the current real estate market'. She also voiced other personal politcal views.

ZillowVERIFIED Penny Boyles found us the perfect home and we can't thank her enough for her guidance and expertise during the buying process. She found us a lender, attorney, and insurance agent too, which was very helpful as we were new to North Carolina. She never wasted our time looking at places that would not meet our needs and helped us weigh the pros and cons of all the houses we looked at. I hope we never need to move from our cozy cottage in the woods but if we do, Penny will be our first call.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I was very apprehensive about all the various steps involved with purchasing a new home, and in my particular case, having to meet all VA's requirements as well. Penny was a godsend. I saw a property online that i was interested in and requested more information. It turned out that Penny was representing the seller. She then put me on the right path in doing what was necessary to find and purchase a home. The most important one was taking her on as my agent :)Penny apparently works 24/7. She was extremely responsive in any communications with me, usually getting back to me within minutes regardless of the time of day, and this included weekends. At my request, she also worked closely with my lender and was able to shelter me from many calls that would have just stressed me out! She took care of everything, and scheduled all the necessary things with contractors and such. I dreaded the process necessary in purchasing a home for many years. If i knew it could be done so easily, i would have done it 20 years ago.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Penny on several transactions and know her well. She is always the first agent we turn to with any real estate questions or needs. Penny is personable, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend her to anyone! She sold a house to my parents, helped us find ours and is presently selling my parents' house for the estate.

ZillowVERIFIED I emailed Penny to see if anyone could show us some houses over the Memorial Day weekend. I told her I understood if no one could since it was a holiday. We were coming to N.C. from out of state, but we could do it another time. Not only did she get right back to me, she agreed to meet with us and show us some properties. We found out later she had given up a weekend at the shore with her husband to meet with us. After a second trip to N.C., and a dozen or so showings, we finally found a place we liked. Not only did she work out a great deal for us, she arranged for some repairs to be made to close the deal. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for someone who knows the area and the business.
