Helping our clients brings the most joy. When one of our clients needed to move without much fuss, we attracted a buyer that not only gave the price that the Seller wanted, but also allowed for a delayed possession to help my Sellers. The negotiation process is one of the favorite part of my career.
Before Real Estate, I would clean a few homes a week and always thought it would be more fun to SELL homes than to CLEAN homes. The opportunity opened up and I jumped on it and now 23 years later, I own my own Brokerage with over 15 experienced Realtors on the PCA Team.
We take classes at the beginning of each year to keep us sharp from Fair Housing to Septic/Sewer to Financing Options and Home Improvements. I am also a Senior Real Estate Specialist.
