I forgot to give a rating when posted my review. Just like me but she would say that's OK we can fix it. No hair on fire clam work through issues with the seller or the buyer. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I loved working through this process with her from start to finish

ZillowVERIFIED Peggy did a great job helping me sell my parents condo. Our situation could have been a problem aEUR" my parents are elderly and werent able to actively participate in the sale, and I live out of state. Peggy stepped in numerous times to fill the gap - coordinating with the cleaners, hiring and overseeing the painters and carpet cleaner, checking on the progress of the estate sale company, getting rid of trash from last-minute repairs, and arranging for a professional photographer to take photos that showed off the strengths of the condo and its neighborhood. She gave us lots of helpful advice on preparing and selling the condo, and how to set a competitive price that was based on a thorough analysis of similar local properties. Her efforts really paid off - we got two solid offers after only two weeks, and after accepting the better one, Peggy advocated for us with the buyers real estate agent to reach a reasonable agreement about requested repairs. She handled all of the documentation and paperwork required for closing the sale, and did a great job of explaining the whole process to both me and my parents. Working with Peggy was truly a pleasure, and she earned our trust with hard work, clear communication, extensive local knowledge, and good advice based on years of experience in the business.

ZillowVERIFIED Peggy helped me to sell a house in Flint, MI that was in trust. I live out of state and she handled everything for me. She kept me informed and advised of changes that need to be made. She went above and beyond by cleaning out the garage in order to meet the buyer's request for it being cleaned out since I didn't have that done. She was excellent and wish she was in my state selling houses.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a realtor who will go above and beyond for you, who will put you first above commissions, who will keep you posted on all new information regarding a sale of your home or as a buyer, what is available, they DO NOT come any better than Peggy. I cannot say enough good things when it comes to her. Her knowledge of the industry is critical to your welfare. Never pushy, just factual. I highly recommend her, and am so very happy with the sale of my home and new home I purchased. Zillow is the place to find the right agent, and I feel Peggy is that agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Peggy is very nice and made our experience comfortable. She worked hard for us even though we had extra situations arise during the process she never waivered and did everything she could to make sure everything was resolved. She worked with us like we were family instead of just a business deal which was what we were looking for in a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Not only did Peggy help me find and buy a house but even after the sale I could call her about any problem I was having with the house and she helped me. She helped me find workers or companies that would help me with changes or upgrades I wanted to make. She answered questions about the new area I was living in. All in all I would say that she is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED My fiancA(C) and I were very impressed with Peggy Suess and her services. Peggy made finding our home very easy and with no stress which was an excellent experience. We have dealt with a lot of realtors in our past but with Peggy she made us feel comfortable in finding that perfect home she was very helpful, friendly, and was quick to response to our questions and concerns. This is a big plus for us most realtors we have used in past would take days to get back to us but not Peggy she was on top of everything.

She answered each question to our satisfaction. Peggy is very knowledgeable in the real estate field. Peggy was with us from the beginning to the end. ZillowVERIFIED Peggy knew the market but was very open to different ideas and changing the game plan if and when necessary. When a land contract offer came in she was flexible enough to consider it, and when the market was dead she was willing to wait until Spring. When Spring came around it took a little before the market started to move and she had us list it at the optimum time. Peggy was a pleasure to work with and a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Peggy was extremely professional, and sold our home within our desired time frame and price range. I really appreciated that she was always available to answer questions and respond to our concerns. I thought she did an excellent job of showing our home on the various web sites. Prior to listing the house she had made suggestions on things we could do to make the house more marketable. We were very pleased with our experience.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time buying a home as I had built a home prior. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Peggy exceeded my expectations. She continually asked me questions & showed me multiple homes based on my answers to guide me in deciding on a home that was truly just right for me. If I was to share the most valuable things I gained while working with Peggy, it would be that she truly cared about finding the perfect home for me and that she was totally transparent about every home we went to see. Peggy doesn't just sell homes for her benefit~ I'd say she's probably one of the few people in the business that's willing to go above and beyond to get me my dream home. I can't thank her enough!
