Peggy is the best realtor I ever worked with. I was out of state looking for a multi home to buy. I only had three days in town. Peggy told me to give her as many places I wanted to look at in three days. She takes you through each property, and tells you all the pros and cons. I love the fact she will tell you the truth, and its not just about getting a sale. Peggy really wants you to be happy with your whole experience. She was always available, and answered any questions I had. PeggyaEUR?s knowledge is priceless! I bought one multi property, and I bought a house too. Peggy Pratt Calle was my realtor when I sold my house just recently. I can't say enough great things about her and her team. The most important things for me were: 1) Professionalism. She is the Utmost professional. 2) Accessibility. She ALWAYS answered my phone calls/texts or promptly got back to me even if it was later in the day. 2) She Listened to me. If she could accommodate a request, she would. And if she couldn't, she would thoroughly explain why and I must say she would be right because, in the end, she got the results I wanted. 3) Solid Knowledge. She KNOWS her stuff. Her recommendations were without question, on point. I know because, in the end, she got the results I wanted. I was ready to put my home on the market in mid September. I was worried it was too late in the year but Peggy was not concerned at all and, sure enough, she was right because she got the results I wanted and I sold the first week of January. I could go on and on but all I will say is, when it comes to anything in real estate I will always go with Peggy Pratt Calle because, She Gets Results!
