You definitely want A+ local knowledge and experience in this process, so I highly recommend Ray and Peggy. We had a pretty wild ride, looked at dozens of places, bid on six or seven, before we finally found our perfect fit. This is a hotter market, so the bidding process alone is not easy, and definitely one you need help with. Throughout the whole thing, we had solid support from Peggy.
