One thing we always ask is perfect communication, and no matter what was going on in the process, Peggy was always there. She will answer the phone, and reply to any text/emails in less than an hour (although most times, she will reply right away. She also goes the extra mile. I looked for a realtor in the area we were searching for a new home and came across Peggy Dancer in some reviews and all had given her glowing reviews. I logged onto their website. From the website she was able to view my favorites and scheduled some showings. She lined up several homes to view and one that I hadn't previously considered. The one I hadn't considered we ended up selecting. I didn't have anyone selected to get my mortgage with or to do the inspection, she was able to refer local businesses that have been great to work with. The whole process has been extremely smooth even given my extremely tight timeline requirements. From original inquiry to under contract in 12 days. She has been very accommodating and responsive.
