When it came to selling my home, I felt Peggy would be the best real estate agent to represent my home. I contacted Peggy and arranged for a meeting within a few days. I was only expecting an initial meet and greet but during the initial meeting, the process for selling my house was explained very well. Timelines and expectations were discussed and I felt comfortable signing a contract during that initial meeting. The listing price was considerably higher than expected. Peggy was interested in listing the house right away but I had to hold off to complete some light maintenance. As stated earlier, I wasnt expecting the process to move along so quickly. Peggy arranged for a photographer to take outside and inside pictures. Outside pictures for a aEURoepre showingaEUR?. Two weeks after our initial meeting, my house was listed with inside pictures. The house had many showings on the first day and a potential buyer made an offer for the listing price on the first day. The process from the initial meeting to the closing date was very smooth. Peggy suggested a real estate attorney and I chose the same attorney. My primary involvement was signing documents. Peggy handled everything else. Peggy was incredible to work with on both sides of the transaction. Her years of experience translated into deep local knowledge of the markets she serves. Also, she has leverageable relationships with all sorts of tradespeople as was able to quickly mobilize them, at fair prices, for everything from painting to all types of repairs, to snowplowing. When it came time for negotiations, she owned it, and she really delivered for my mom. She was always responsive and communicated timely and frequently and really has a great personality. She made the entire end-to- end process so easy. This is now the second time in 15 years that we've used her services and we'd definitely use her again.

Probably is the fact that she knows everything related to real estate and spend money to advertise the home on multiple sites. She is very knowledgeable and therefore she doesnt need to say aEURoeI will get back to your questionaEUR?. In dealing with me, she was always very responsive and patient even at weekends and late evenings. When I asked her to revise same language within the agreement to sell my home she had no problem to add notes assuring that it would be no misunderstanding. She always responded to my questions using all available communications: phone, text messages, e-mails, making sure that I was satisfied with the answer. Speaking about pricing my home, she made all efforts to educate me regarding the existing market while allowing me to make the final call. Overall, I was happy with Peggy services...in fact the house was sold within less than two weeks. Some people might say she is lucky, but I think is just hard good work...I will not hesitate to hire her again if I would sell another home.
