ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Michele Miller from the Peggy Graves Team! She was very professional and kind throughout the process of selling our home. She worked hard to make sure that our home would sell quickly and for the best price possible. She was very knowledgeable about our area and the market. She graciously answered all of our questions and helped us work through deciding which offer to accept. If we ever move back to the state, she'll be the first person we call!

ZillowVERIFIED The Peggy Graves Team is great! Originally I was in touch with Peggy who was very kind in sending me lists of lenders to use and, because of scheduling conflicts, connected me with Jean. Moving from across the country was not an issue as Jean regularly emailed me and text me and got a good feel of what we were looking for in a home. Jean's expert advice also helped us to know the local market, and neighborhoods, and she guided us through walking away from one home after multiple issues on the inspection. We are now happily in a new to us home thanks to Jean!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt be happier with our experience with Peggy Graves. She went above and beyond. Especially during this difficult market Peggy often would show us a house the same day it went on the market. She was so helpful and super quick to respond. Peggy helped us navigate a market with really low inventory. And in the end we bought a home. Even after weve closed she has helped answer questions as we are moving from out of town. I couldnt recommend her more.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been looking for months for the right home for us. We called a local realtor on a weekend who never returned our call. We called Peggy and she immediately returned our call, even though it was a holiday weekend. Peggy showed us 3 homes over the next 2 weeks. After deciding on a home, her associate, Jean Morgan took over. It was a wonderful experience with Jean guiding us the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED With Peggys help and guidance, we bought our first home in Jackson in 1981 when we moved from Memphis. We recently moved to Franklin, TN, but over the past 39 years, Peggy has helped us sell our original home in Jackson and buy our second home in Jackson. She was also helped us sell both of these homes prior to our recent move to Franklin. She was outstanding in every phase of the buying and selling process - she helped us find the right home each time at the best price. The same was true of the selling process. Her guidance was spot on and she was always accessible. Peggy is a true professional and besides that, shes a really good person that we enjoyed being around. I highly recommend Peggy!

ZillowVERIFIED First of all she said the house would sell in a week. 3 months later it sold by the grace of God of another realtor showing the house. When asking for handyman's to help make few minor repairs she could not assist. Had so much trouble trying to close. I feel that because the house was not over $200,000 she did not put forth a great deal to promote the selling of the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Peggy was always willing to help in any way to help us, as sellers, and alsoto help the buyers ,during the sale process. When buyers wanted anything checked out or found something that needed repair, Peggy would go to the property to open the door for the repairman, and make sure lights wereturned out and heat /air was left at proper teme.

ZillowVERIFIED We have known Peggy Graves for many years, so when it came time to sell our home of 28 years she was our natural choice. We couldnt have been more pleased with our experience. We knew her to be trustworthy and experienced, and were pleased with how she worked with the various parties to get the house sold in a surprisingly brief period of time. We are pleased to give her our highest recommendation. John and Marketia Jenkins

ZillowVERIFIED I buy renovate and sell homes for a living... Hired Peggy graves to help sell my father in-laws home. She is the best real estate agent I have ever come across and second place isnt even in the same stratosphere. We were living outside of the state and she coordinated EVERYTHING... minor renovations, estate sale, yard cleanup, weekly updates... on and on and on... Its remarkable how hard she worked for us and ended up selling the house for a great price. If she lived in NYC, she would be selling 10 million dollar condos. I wouldnt want to compete against her. Hire Peggy Graves. You will not be disappointed

ZillowVERIFIED Peggy is hands down the best realtor I have ever interacted with, it is difficult to convey just how amazing it was working with her to look for a new house to purchase. At every step of this journey she made sure we felt heard and understood - she didn't just put properties in front of us, she took the time to learn who we are so she could truly help us. Everything she did for us was as an advocate and champion, it was always apparent she was looking out for our best interests even when it was at her expense. She truly treated us as if we were part of her family. Her knowledge of this market and of the home buying process is unsurpassed. Moreover, she has built such a robust personal network in this area, she is able keep you on the cutting edge of what is happening in the market.

ZillowVERIFIED I asked Peggy to look at my house and help me decide what needed to be done to get it ready to sell and buy a new home due to changes I wanted in my home. After a thorough look at my home she told me I would be better off to remodel, rather than sell and buy a new home. She easily could have had the listing and made a commission on both selling my home and my purchase of another home. But she was honest and told me to remodel instead. You can't beat that.

ZillowVERIFIED Our move from Texas to Tennessee took slightly over 12 months. We told Jean Morgan exactly what we were looking for. She was always prepared when we returned to TN to view properties. Our TX realtor called us on one of our trips to TN to inform us we had a good offer on our TX house that we would probably want to accept. Due to Jean's diligent work we were shown two available properties which were really for purchase immediate occupancy. We purchased a home on this trip and returned to TX in thirty six hours or so. We appreciate Jean Morgan and Peggy Graves' team.
