ZillowVERIFIEDI rarely write reviews and I have very high expectations of people I hire and maybe that's why I don't write a lot of reviews. I was working with a couple of agents until I met Peggy Aldinger. In my first conversation with her, I realize she is someone I need to help me to purchase a home. My wife and I found a home that checked off a lot of the items on our list and made a good faith offer to the seller and got accepted. We figured this would be a quick close, but we ran into a little problem in that the seller decided to back out of the deal. They were pulling various stunts to frustrate us and to get us to cancel. Without going into all the details of this transaction, Peggy played a vital role to make sure the transaction got closed and we got the keys to our dream home. She demonstrated the highest levels of negotiating skills (to get the lowest price for me the buyer and convinced the seller agent side it is to their best interest to not unethically back out of a contract that they signed); provided so much time and responsiveness to me that I was wondering if I was her only client; a thorough knowledge of real estate policies/laws to make sure her clients are not getting taken advantage of; and last, but not least, she demonstrated a genuine desire to help us realize our dream of owning the home we've spent so many months to find. If you work with Peggy, you will find a great real estate agent and a great person to know.
