Pedro is a southern California transplant; he has been married for 19 years and has three children and two dogs (Yorkie and Golden Doodle). He attained his Associate of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees through Columbia College. Pedro and his wife fell in love with Hawaii and the majestic Island of Oahu back in 2006 while visiting on vacation! Ten years later, after living in California, Germany, and Utah, they closed Escrow on their current home on the West Coast of Oahu! Pedro enjoys camping on the beaches, hiking the many trails on Oahu, and boating in and around the Kaneohe Bay Sand Bar! He lives by the mantra, "Work hard, Play Hard! Where do I begin?! We were very blessed to find Pedro as our agent! We literally searched through at least 30 realtors on the island prior to coming across Pedro . Pedro was extremely professional very on top of everything that we asked of him. Very knowledgeable, precise and extremely personable! He contacted us right away and stayed in touch throughout the entire transaction, which was one for the books! It was definitely a very stressful and long escrow but he was able to step in and use his expertise, and guide us every step of the way! He was able to negotiate and help us get everything we wanted and needed throughout the transaction. He was always available and always communicated!
