ZillowVERIFIEDPedro was honest and up front from the beginning. He suggested a price below where we wanted to list. He went with our higher number anyway but after the buyer's appraisal we had to negotiate back down to the exact number Pedro had originally suggested! (Should have trusted him!) He was patient with all our questions and calls or texts at all times of the day. He even volunteered at the moving sale we had! He is a truly caring professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Pedro was incredible! He helped us find the perfect home for us, in a very short amount of time. ZillowVERIFIED Pedro did a really good job helping us find our first home! We had requested to see tons of homes and despite him being really busy, he made it happen-even if it meant seeing 10 homes in one evening. He was very upbeat and knowledgeable when showing us the homes. He knew what to look for and showed us things wrong with the homes which to us showed he really cared. He did a great job and we would definitely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED We actually went into the buying process not expecting to need an agent. We figured we already knew enough to find a good house. We were mistaken on that. Pedro informed us about houses before they were even officially on the market. This allowed us to be the first to view the house we bought. We made an offer on that visit and never looked back. We really appreciate his help.

ZillowVERIFIED Pedro helped us buy our first home and when we decided to sell we turned to him again to help us with selling and buying. He is very knowledgeable and is a consummate professional. He was incredibly responsive and also very helpful with the entire process from start to finish. He always brought up details I didn't notice when we were looking at houses, gave ideas for renovations, and knew all about the neighborhood and builders. He even answered loan questions for me the first time around when my loan company wouldn't respond. The next time I with his suggested loan officer. It was the best experience. He is a wonderful realtor and I would and have suggested him to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Pedro was referred to us by the VA and since day one has provided the BEST service we could ask for. He had a number of homes to show us and was nothing but patient in our search. We ended up finding the house of our dreams because of Pedro. He is so knowledgeable about the area, homes, pricing and can even recommend fun places around town. He also helped my parents find a home on a very short time frame moving from CA. Please request to work with Pedro, you will NOT be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED From the get go, Pedro was very understanding of our wants and needs and showed us homes matching those necessities. Almost always answered my phone calls and messages, but if I missed him he immediately followed up in a very timely manner and answered all questions we had. There were multiple times where he called just to see if we had any questions and also times where he had scheduled a showing of a home before we told him we were interested. Very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful, and made our home buying experience a breeze. Would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a home in our area.

ZillowVERIFIED Pedro was professional and very friendly throughout the entire home buying process! From touring many homes for sale, and there were many that we joked about, ..."fix it jesus!",...??....to finally finding the the right choice. All the way to sitting at the 'closing' table!! ZillowVERIFIED Pedro was always available especially when concerns and problems arose. When he was not knowledgeable in the area of concern, he was able to redirect us to get answers quickly from a third party. Since we were on a tight window to view properties, he was able to show listings quickest date available. Another issue was out tight budget and Pedro was understanding and able to guide us to the proper financial team. Extremely effortless and efficient!!

ZillowVERIFIED Pedro has helped us with the purchase of three properties in two states. Two of the properties were homes and one was a piece of land. He spent significant time researching valuations so that he could recommend offering prices to us. In every case he did a fine job of negotiating the best price for the property and even got us a price well below what we expected to pay. He was always very professional in his interactions with us and everyone involved in the sales and closing processes. We feel privileged to be represented by him in our real estate dealings. Not only is he professional and thorough but also always kind, a quality that is missing in most business interactions.
