Pedro was honest and up front from the beginning. He suggested a price below where we wanted to list. He went with our higher number anyway but after the buyer's appraisal we had to negotiate back down to the exact number Pedro had originally suggested! (Should have trusted him!) He was patient with all our questions and calls or texts at all times of the day. He even volunteered at the moving sale we had! He is a truly caring professional.

Pedro did a really good job helping us find our first home! We had requested to see tons of homes and despite him being really busy, he made it happen-even if it meant seeing 10 homes in one evening. He was very upbeat and knowledgeable when showing us the homes. He knew what to look for and showed us things wrong with the homes which to us showed he really cared. He did a great job and we would definitely recommend!
