It was a pleasure working with Ruby. Very experienced and knowledgeable about the the area and people. Great communicator and problem solver! As I was out of town we were able to do it all by email, text and phone.

Ruby is a very knowledgeable, experienced real estate agent. She is experienced and professional. We love her personable and kind manner and has such a fantastic demeanor. Her smile is always kind and bright and we really enjoyed working with her. I would recommend her and use her again!

Ruby was the sellers agent when I purchased my first Schoharie County property in 2018. I was immediately struck not only by her professionalism but by her personality. We immediately became friends and I have since used her as my buyers agent for other Schoharie County purchases where her responsiveness and professionalism facilitated seamless transactions. I have since recommended Ruby to both family and friends without hesitation. Whether you are looking to buy or sell you would be hard pressed to find a more personable, knowledgeable or dedicated professional to represent you.

We had a great experience with Ruby. She had the challenge with us as we had moved overseas and she helped oversea some of the work that we had aligned with her on to get done to the house prior to listing. Our biggest challenge was completing the work to hit the best selling period, but Ruby was able to move the house quickly even with late fall/early winter showings. Highly recommend Ruby!

I thought there should be 10 stars for Ruby! Then, after 5 days of evacuating Hurricane Irma, she QUIT the very day a cash offer was submitted by a purchasers agent! No conversation or explanation. Ruby literally quit the same day she emailed me a cash offer because I needed clarification, and was confused by her texts! If you want a realtor who will go above and beyond for you, likes doing business by texts, and will then quit -- hire Ruby She will promise you the Moon, and actually deliver it .... up until the day you need her the most.

My husband and I have used Ruby for many years in helping us to rent out our house, she has been very tentative to our needs and wants, she has been very motivated and professional. I have appreciated using Ruby as our realtor so much that we are now working with her to sell our house.
