ReviewPearl is truly a gem! She is an incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable, and trustworthy real estate professional. Pearl represented me in the sale of my parents home of 60 years, and from the very beginning, she understood the emotional significance of selling our longtime family home. She approached the entire process with tremendous respect, sensitivity, and care. With more than 30 years of real estate experience and firsthand knowledge of changing markets, Pearl brought invaluable expertise and perspective to the sale. Her extensive knowledge of the neighborhood and surrounding community was also a real advantage when speaking with prospective buyers. Pearl and Angus personally conducted the open houses, which gave me confidence that potential buyers would have someone there who knew the property and could answer their questions. What especially impressed me was how far Pearl went beyond simply listing the home. Because I don't live nearby, it gave me great peace of mind knowing that Pearl and her team regularly checked on the property and would even take care of small things like watering the plants when needed. When a minor repair came up, Pearl quickly arranged for a trusted handyman from her network. Pearl also had a wonderful eye for presenting the home. Rather than recommending that we invest heavily in staging, she suggested thoughtful touches such as artwork and accessories that added warmth and character and helped buyers envision themselves living there. Combined with beautiful professional photography and excellent marketing materials, the home generated immediate interest and sold within a few weeks for above the asking price. Throughout the listing and escrow process, Pearl and her team communicated with me consistently and kept me informed every step of the way. I always felt that the propertyaEUR"and something that meant so much to our familyaEUR"was in very capable hands. I am incredibly grateful that I chose Pearl to represent the sale of my parents home. Her professionalism, experience, personal attention, and genuine care made what could have been a difficult and emotional process remarkably smooth. I would highly recommend Pearl to anyone looking for an experienced and dedicated real estate professional.

Review Pearl and Angus Chen were a God-send for me. They had good ideas about how to get the condo ready for sale. They knew all the right people to do the work. They did their own light-staging which made the home look attractive. Pearl was very helpful during the negotiation phase. Thank you, Pearl & Angus, for your excellent help!

Review We got to know Pearl because she had successfully sold a property previously in our apartment building. She is professional, trustable, and friendly. She and her husband Angus helped us planning and renovating our 12-year old home into a new look. The cost of renovation was very reasonable. The renovation process was prompt and smooth. Angus checked the progress daily. The services they provided were far beyond those from other agents we had experience with. As a result our home was sold in one week at more than asking price. We are very happy not only for the good sale but also for the opportunity to know Pearl and Angus. They become our friends.

Review Pearl Chen helped us buy a house a week ago. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and responsible she was as an agent. Most importantly, she was a very ethical agent, and we never felt pressured to bid higher than what we were comfortable with. All her advice seemed to come out of good judgement, experience, and concern for us, rather than concern for herself. Overall, I am very grateful for her work, and would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs an agent.

She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, ethical agent. She impressed me with her skills of accommodating both buyer and seller in a very light and non pressuring manner. She made sure that both parties ended up happy. I am very grateful to her, for the amazing house she got for me, I love it !!! It was a delight to have Pearl as our agent. Review I met Pearl at her open house. After conversation with her, I have found she is the right realtor I am looking for selling my townhouse. She has about 30 years of experience in real estate business and very skilled and knowledgeable in her specialty. With her help my property has been sold quickly. In less than two days I have received an offer after placing it onto market. It took about 40 days to get the escrow closed mainly because waiting for the buyers loan approval. Pearl is the best realtor I have ever met. I am much impressed by the following facts which differentiate Pearl from some other realtors: 1. She is a very nice person. She treats you not just as a client but also a friend. I have learnt a lot from her professional advice. When I call her, text to her or send email to her, I will get her response right away. This is amazing! 2. She has a good judgement about the propertys market value. Some real estate agent tends to set an asking price too high at the first time, then after no selling for months, has to cut the price down, thus delaying the selling process. 3. She wont give you aEURoepushaEUR? like some realtors do. Working with Pearl is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. 4. She has a strong group working together including her husband Angus and her assistant Caroline. Angus helped me to purchase the specialized light bulbs and CO detectors and installed them for me. She wrote very good property description and made colorful flyers. I am much appreciated. 5. She has a well maintained service network and has good relationships with relevant services such as inspectors, cleaners, handyman, escrow company, carpet company, moving company, etc. She will refer those honest service people to you saving your time to look around. 6. She will decorate your property to make your property more attractive to buyers, saving you a chunk of money so called aEURoestagingaEUR? fees. I highly recommend Pearl to everyone who has needs to buy or sell real estate.

Review 1) Enthusiastic 2) Responsible 3) Positively Aggressive 4) Strategizing 5) So Nice & Warm During the listing, she knows how to make the house as sellable as possible. She suggested us to make changes of some colors of painting & changes of light fixtures for a better selling looking. During the negotiation with buyer, Pearl Chen used the best strategy to deal with the buyer's agent back & force and finally make a deal. I am 100% saticefied.

Review Pearl helped us to list and sell our Arcadia Condo in the low season month, Nov. I have had another agent before but he wasn't performing as I expected so I turned to Pearl for help. I was in a hurry to sell. Pearl stepped in and advised us on how to market our condo in the best way. She recommended cleaning and fixing some minor handyman issue so that our house could be in the best shape to show buyers. She even supplied at her own cost for the cleaning services and handyman. We did our staging but Pearl brought in some details to enhance the look of the house, and it did make a big difference. She got us a all cash buyer within 2 weeks. Amazingly effective and hassle free. I would strongly recommend Pearl as your agent as she is a true professional and she cares about your need.

Review We were very lucky to have Pearl Chen as our listing agent. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, she is the best we have ever worked with. She sold our house very quickly and at a great price even though the market was slow at the time we listed our house. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsible, and attentive, and put in a lot of effort for us. She was available when we needed her and responded to my calls, texts, and emails, even late at night, demonstrating excellent communication between buyer and seller. During one period of 2 weeks when we were unable to attend to our house (due to personal reasons), Pearl effectively handled everything for us on her own. We are very grateful for her help. If you are ready to sell your house, I highly recommend Pearl.

Review I have to say this was a better experience than I had expected, she made selling our house a breeze, from the moment she walked in the door and how well organized she was, she had great communication skills and sold us right away on her, she showed great confidence in her ability to sell our house fast that I could not say no, she gave us a few days to get our house together and ready to sell then the day we told her to list it she did and immediately all day long for 3 days we were showing the house non stop from morning till dawn, 4th day the house sold, with her list of contacts we had a bidding war on our house and was able to get $108,000.00 over the asking price, down to the paperwork in the end was really easy breezy, most everything was able to be signed via internet and fast also, closing of the house happened in 7 days and the money transfer was fast, what you get when you pick her as your Realtor is a very nice and organized lady with lots of years of experience that is evident and lots of contacts, I highly recommend her as I have had not good experiences in the past with Realtor's, she even sent a drone camera to take pictures of the house which was impressing too, great company and great professional.Strongly Recommended.

I was able to find advertisements of my condo in some media print outlets without Pearl having to notify me so I know she was targeting the right people. This was my first time selling a property so I was nervous about any additional hidden fees and/or disclaimers. Pearl was very straightforward and upfront about everything. In the end, there was nothing surprising so I was very happy with the outcome. Review I had the pleasure of working with Pearl recently to purchase a new home for our family. From the first time we interacted with her via the phone, she was more than willing to help. The house did not have an open house that day however she called the owner to see if they were home and to let us in for a quick tour. This was the first sign of her going above and beyond to help service her clients. We truly loved the house so we decided to place a bid and luckily through Pearls negotiations, we were able to have the offer accepted! However, Pearl did not stop there. Every step of the way she was always responsive, knowledgeable, and overall just willing to help. Even after weve received our keys she has been in contact with us to ensure everything has gone smoothly aEUR" Ive never experienced this with any of my agents. Review Pearl listed and sold our house in Arcadia, CA in February 2013. We are extremely happy with her proffesional service. When we were talking to several candidates as our listing agent in late January, we were very impressed with her knowledge, calm and professional manner, and most of all, her focus on customer satisfaction and integrity. The only concern we had was that we might not be able to get her individual attention as she is a high-profile agent and busy with many listings. Now the transaction is done, and I can say that she has been personally involved in every step of the process. Her referrals and arrangements of the painter, cleaner, and staging decorator are extremely helpful. Their work quality is excellent, and the cost is reasonable. The house looked beautiful and very presentable. She posted excellent descriptions and photos of the property on internet, and ran ads on papers and held two open houses for us which led to multiple offers. In less than 10 days, we entered into a sale contract at the higher end of our expected price range. We subsequently closed the transaction in 30 days. The whole process ran like clockwork, with no stress and no unexpected excitement for us. She has been keeping us updated very timely and appropriately. Her use of Docusign has been very convenient to us since we live in New Mexico. She stands out from the crowd as a result of her integrity, dedication, experience, knowledge, and thoughtfulness. She is worthy of the praise that she has received thus far, and I am more than happy to join them in conveying these facts to others who will surely benefit from her professional services.

Review Pearl was absolutely wonderful in finding a buyer for our home in Arcadia, CA. Her professionalism became evident from the start from the beautifully presented handouts and exposure to all of the trade magazines, and most importantly the online photos and description of our home. She provided helpful advice as to how to stage our home correctly to attract buyers, and gave us feedback after each open house as to comments made and further suggestions to present our home in an even a better light. When our home did sell we had a very short escrow ( 15 days ) and she did every thing in her power to make it happen! And it happened! Her follow-through and persistancy paid off. You will no doubt have the same wonderful experience that we did if you choose Pearl as your professional realtor, whether selling or buying your home. And I now count her as one of my friends as well. Kathi
