ZillowVERIFIEDI had just one telephone conversation with this lady and knew she was interested in US, myself and daughter, how we had recently lost our family head (my husband of 50 years), and that we were looking to relocate to Rome, our prior hometown and the city in which my husband was born. She impressed me with her kind and sympathetic demeanor with regard to our very recent and incredible loss and our interest in "starting over" in the Rome area. We have not met in person yet, but are looking forward to doing so. She gave one an instant feeling of not only being in the hands of a true professional who understood real estate, but who had a heart, too. That's a good feeling to have, especially in this time of grief.
