Paulina was incredible throughout the whole process, and less than a week after calling her to introduce myself we had 3 offers on the home and had it closed less than a month later.As I was selling this house as part of an estate I was governing, there were a number of legal hurdles that Paulina assisted in working out as well. She came to our first meeting with our home report, comparable homes in our neighborhood, what she suggested we list it at and then estimated proceeds based on 3 different listing prices. She also had professional pictures done of our home at no cost to us, but was never pushy or assumed she knew what we wanted. Paulina was constantly in contact with us, letting us know where we were at in the process of selling our home and was available 7 days a week and whenever we would message her. Even though we had some hiccups with our home sale, Paulina worked overtime to get everything figured out so that we could close on time and made a decent profit while we were at it. She?s not only amazing at her job but is truly a gem of a person in general! We are so thankful we had a realtor like her!
