She took the time to ask my boys for input and invited them for the house hunting. Its the personal touch that means everything. She had ideas for the type of house we were looking for before we even gave her a wish list!I was selling and buying at the same time. The photos for my listing were great, got a lot of online looks. The open house was successful along with a few other showings. In a couple of weeks, I had an offer! I was totally floored since I had my house listed prior with another realtor and no luck after many months. She and her team know how to market and showcase for foot traffic and online shopping. My house hunting was in the thick of the pandemic. She didnt cancel any showings. When we went looking, she followed CDC safety requirements. I found a new place after a few weeks of looking. We had zoom meetings and paperwork signing was done electronically.Luckily I closed on both houses the same day thanks to her ability to make things line up. Even after the closings, she was still available to answer questions and suggest local businesses for work I needed to do after I moved in.Paula loves her job and it shows. My house had been on the market for many months with little activity. I met with Paula and she knew what I needed to make my house sell. I never truly understood the value of having a really good Realtor till I saw everything Paula did...she more than paid for herself. Realtors do so much more than take pictures and post your house online. Its critical to have one with experience who can think quickly and creatively as inevitable problems arise and who know the right contractors who can assist affordably if need be. This will save you a ton right there! Paula also did a very thorough market analysis on both my properties and gave me a aEURoeshould do/could doaEUR? list for both. She spends time doing research on the houses; she makes sure you understand how old mayor appliances are in the home so that you can understand any impact financially.
