ZillowVERIFIED Paula Scarbrough is the best of the best! She is professional, knowledgable, and so kind! I wouldn't trust anyone else with our real estate needs! She went above and beyond when we listed our home and helped us make some critical decisions about our home. Our house sold quickly and for a price we were all happy with.

ZillowVERIFIED Paula Scarbrough helped us find our home in Tennessee when we moved from Atlanta. She was patient and helpful. She took us to see properties we were interested as well as suggested properties that met our criteria. Buying a house is such a huge decision. It's stressful and her calm demeanor really helped to put us (me) at ease. We got great advice from Paula Scarbrough throughout our home search and have have been very happy in our new home. We are so thankful to have worked with her and would highly recommend her services to others.

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers, Paula helped us through the process step by step. She showed us whatever listing we were interested in, kept us up-to-date with new listings and made sure we knew what to expect in all situations. We never felt pressured, blind-sided, or out of the loop. We loved working with Paula.

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment we listed our mother's house with Paula, we felt like we had her full attention 24/7! As a result of her extensive experience with the real estate market in Athens, she was able to help us arrive at a sales price that resulted in a successful offer and sale. Both buyers and sellers are very happy.

ZillowVERIFIED First of all, Paula is a very lovely person, and that reflects in her work. She is very knowledgeable of properties in and around Athens, TN, and therefore can price a property to sell quickly. During the time that she had my father's house listed, she was always responded to my emails and phone messages in a very timely manner. When we were negotiating the contract, she was very informative in answering any questions that I had, and she was very precise with the wording and terms. From the time that we listed the property to the date of closing was only 2 months, so that was positive proof that she priced the property to sell. We have another property in Athens that we will be selling eventually, and we will definitely be listing it with Paula.

ZillowVERIFIED Paula handled the selling of our house in a very professional manner. She made herself available and was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. We felt like she really put forth the extra effort to close our sell. Our expectations were exceeded and we would not hesitate to do business with her again.
