ZillowVERIFIED Paula is a complete joy to work with. She is an amazing professional and a fearless negotiator who stepped up when I needed her the most. My deal was pretty complex, an FHA loan with a 203k provision for repairs for a multi-family home with multiple owners. Paula was able to successfully negotiate the deal with the sellers and mediate the financing process with my loan officer. On top of being a realtor, she had to put her coordinator/project manager hat on, particularly when it came to bringing so many parties together.It's also worth saying that her responsiveness is second to none! She was always willing to pick up a phone call (even on Sundays), which was extremely important to close this deal on time. Paula's attentiveness, keen decision making, and honesty were pivotal to get through the entire process. Having worked with multiple realtors in the past, I can honestly say that this deal would not have gotten done if it wasn't for Paula. I look forward to continuing to work with her for years to come!
