She handled every aspect of the process fantastically and hands on. She was there for every detail in the contract, the inspection, the appraisal, and any issues that arose whatsoever in these strange Covid times that cropped up. This was especially appreciated as I had already moved out of town and knowing everything was being properly handled so well was a huge benefit and relief.
