ZillowVERIFIED In mid-June, we expressed interest in a condo on Zillow. Paula Cashion contacted us by phone almost immediately and asked for details on what we were looking for, and price range. We had a tour in the next few days, and while interested, we thought the price was a bit too high. She contacted us in mid-July to tell us of a price drop, and we moved to an offer in the next few days, and closing by mid-August. Paulas market knowledge and professionalism were key to this process. We asked Paula to market a one-bedroom condo. Within a month, she was able to market it, secure an all-cash offer, and close the sale. Paula kept us informed of developments through both the purchase and sale and gave us good guidance on next steps. We will work with her again, if we are in the market in Kent County, and we will recommend her to others looking to sell a home or purchase a new home. Given that, at times we thought we knew more than we did. As we became more open minded with Paula's advice, showings increased, and we eventually had multiple offers to pick from. Ultimately, her experienced helped us sell the property. We did not get as much as we hoped for, but I also feel we were in a very difficult time period and our hoped-for amount may have been inflated. Ultimately, Paula did great work for us and got the property sold!

ZillowVERIFIED Paula has been a friend and neighbor for 15 years. I called her when I was ready to sell my daughter's condo. She researched the market and helped me with setting the listing price. She had a professional photographer take pictures of the unit. The listing went live and within (4) hours I had a full price offer. Unfortunately, after a week the contract was cancelled. Due to Paula's years of experience she helped me understand what had happened and placed the unit back on the market. I received another full price offer within 24 hours and we closed in (6) weeks. Closing would have been in (4) weeks but appraisers were back logged. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism that Paula bought to the table. I'm planning on downsizing within the next few years and will definitely use Paula's services again and will refer anyone who asks me.
