Scott was a pleasure to work with. His desire to make the process as smooth as possible was very much appreciated. His person to person skills were top notch. His recommendations were on point and he really listened to us when we had a question. Follow-up post close was just as good as before closing. We had a small permitting issue that popped up and Scott stayed on top of it till it was resolved(county clerical error). I would definitely use Scott again if we were to buy another property in the Wet Mountain region.

After a poor experience with a previous realtor, I decided to do some research before engaging with anyone else. This research effort led me to Paula. Almost immediately, I knew I had found the 'right' option. Our initial meeting was with her husband Micheal and that too, was a plus. Prior to actually viewing some of the options we had selected, Micheal took the time to ask us relevant, detailed questions and to provide very useful guidance based on our responses. He was very thorough and explained lots of things we had not fully grasped that could have led us to make very poor purchasing decisions. We prefer to handle as much as we can on our own and they both provided us the freedom to do that while also knowing when to step in. We eventually found the property we were looking for and that is when we engaged with Taylor. He makes a great third member of the team as he is just as thorough and efficient as Paula and Micheal. We completed the process with Taylor and he also provided plenty of useful details and was always prompt/attentive. We greatly appreciate their guidance and support throughout the land buying process. We highly recommend this team!
