After seeing her signs in our neighborhood, we contacted Paula simply to consult on what we should consider doing to prepare our home for sale in a couple of years. She explained that our home needed little to sell in the current market, but she did not pressure us to list before we were ready. A couple months later, she reached out to inform us that market conditions and a lack of inventory made our home a hot prospect for buyers - just in case we might reconsider our original plans.
