After a year wasted, and three other realtors failed to sell our home, or give us the information or advice that we really needed in a very strong buyers market, we finally hired Paul out of desperation. We received the information that we needed to price the home where it would sell, and was taken care of by his team. It still took 60 days to find that price, but it did finally sell. I would skip over any realtor with less experience than Paul. Had we hired him earlier, we probably would've sold earlier.

ZillowVERIFIED Had a small house in Mid-Town Tulsa. First of all I spoke with Chris Brown and he was very upfront and helpful as to what I needed to do. Took a while to sell but it was of no fault to the realtors. I had maybe 3 to 4 showings per week. On the last day it sold! Had some trouble with inspections (60yrold house). Was able to get things fixed and house was sold. Photo's were amazing!! In the meantime I worked with Stephanie Lawson the buying agent and she was able to help me find the perfect house, in the neighborhood I wanted below my max price. I'm a true novice at this and panicked at every step but they stood by me and it went perfectly! Susan the closing agent is the most patient lady. If she dealt with me she can deal with anyone. ZillowVERIFIED When we needed repairs you could never get a hold of anyone. We called countless times trying to get work done and no one would ever get back to us. They tried charging us for repairs when we moved which was wood rot on the house, which we tried repeatedly calling them about. They are awful to deal with, and I caution anyone to look somewhere else.
