Paul was so sensitive to our newbie status in real estate and proceeded to hand-hold our every move and answer every dumb question (and believe me, being new to this, there were lots of dumb questions). Coming out of the pandemic, the inventory was low, the interest rates were rising, and sellers were still asking for top price on what little inventory was still out there. Paul was able to guide us to our aEUR~sweet spot and we were able to pounce on our target home at a moments notice. His team was reliable and performed like clockwork when we gave the green light. There were other bids, but Paul and his team were able to guide us to a smooth landing and winning offer. When you go with Paul, youre going with someone who is always available to you aEUR" I cant remember how many times I texted him late at night after having gotten off work, or at the first break of dawn in the morning, and I always got a response and a thoughtful opinion on various homes and the status of the market. It was truly like having a family mentor simplifying and guiding us through the complicated real estate and financial language that would have otherwise been so aEUR~Greek to us. And Pauls relationships to other realtors, loan brokers, contractors, inspectors, movers, and repairman is second to none. His recommendations are always 5-star and we have yet to run into any problems with any of his endorsements. We would have never thought to look in Camarillo, hadnt it been for Paul. He convinced us the city, the location, and the house were exactly what we would need. And we couldnt be happier! Were just upset that our everyday relationship with Paul has come to an end, but were already thinking of the future when we use Paul for our next purchase and sell!

I was fortunate to have a friend recommend Paul Ward to me.Paul understood, that in order sell the house that I lived in, the sale had to be contingent on my finding a place which to move. This required finding a buyer that could accept the contingency and skillfully negotiating with all parties to meet all needs and to do so in compliance with regulations that were constantly popping up and then changing. It also required expertise in the bizarre purchasing procedures that have evolved in the wake of the financial crash and the subsequent economic upheaval.Through his continuous effort, Paul was in touch with with competent bankers who specialized in specific areas of finance. Using the resources he had developed over time and experience, he introduced me to the precisely right lender.Even though I was prepared to buy a property to move to, my first preference had been to rent. Two things happened unexpectedly, one good and one bad. The bad thing was the city of Ventura's requirement that in order to sell a property, the sewer lateral must pass a drainage test. That in and of itself would not be a bad thing, but when they decided that it included the part under the street, the cost suddenly soared into thousands of dollars.The good thing that happened was that a rental property became available. That was when Paul really swung into action. He found a competent and conscientious plumbing contractor and assured all the concerned parties that this was the prudent course of action. He also knew how to pay for the initial move-in expenses and the contractor expenses out of the escrow proceeds. Since everyone had to agree to the solution, I thank Paul entirely for making that happen. And he did it all in an honest and friendly manor. I am sure that everyone involved would agree entirely.During the entire process, I was aware that Paul had multiple deals going simultaneously. That notwithstanding, whenever my input or response was needed he was in touch immediately.
