I had been sorting through different realtor referrals in a vast sea of hyper-stylized websites, cutesy team names and cliche Facebook posts. I didnt want to hire a social media darling; I wanted a true real estate professional who actually knew the market and had a proven track record. Paul exceeded my expectations in every category. Within the first five minutes of meeting him, I knew he was different. He had a comprehensive marketing plan (including AI) and knew exactly how he was going to sell my home. Paul did actual research for my home instead of just throwing some comps out on a table for me to read. I asked tough questions and he had direct answers. He was accommodating and professional in every aspect of our transactions. He sold my home within two weeks and closed within thirty days. In my opinion he is not just the best, he is one of a kind. ZillowVERIFIED I got stuck in a very difficult market and Team Virgadamo got things done so I could make my intended move. They are very persistent and consistent when promoting a property and extremely good at anticipating market trends. Also very good at negotiating at the closing and not losing a potential buyer. Even though I wasn't super excited with the offer they pushed hard to encourage me to take it before things got worse, and this professional advice turned out to be something that allowed me to close on a new house that I was in escrow with. They constantly kept me informed of market trends during the entire time of my listing and promoted a good number of open houses. Really good and professional realtors who invest a lot in themselves and their industry so they are always aware of what is really going on.

I reached out to Paul and was contacted the same day and we started the process pretty quickly. After speaking with him and having all my concerns and questions answered I decided to go ahead and put my trust in him and man, am I glad I did. Most of the work was done while I was in Washington and by the time I came to Florida to pack up all the hard work was done and the house was sold (rather quickly!).
