Due to the very hot, low inventory real estate market, my husband and I were preparing for a very difficult home buying experience. In the area where we saw houses being listed on a Friday and pending with multiple offers before Monday hits, Colleen was able to find us a home that has not hit the market yet and get our offer accepted without competing with other well qualified and motivated buyers. Not only that she was able to negotiate a spotless deal, she also got us the house that we love way below our budget which is rare these days! We discovered them through Dave Ramsey ELP. It is very important for us to work with someone that shares the same values and principles and who we can trust 100% and this team exceeded our expectation. We are buying from out of state so we relied heavily on their expertise to guide us through every step of the way. They did not disappoint! High quality people with integrity, skills and professionalism! I still couldnt believe how easy and smooth the transaction is and I think it is because we listened to them, considered their recommendations, trusted this team fully and let their skills and passion shine during the process.
