ZillowVERIFIEDPaul was very quick to reply to my initial request for help finding a new home in South Carolina. He helped find several homes to tour and set up a full day of touring while we were visiting the area. It is nice to meet a friendly face and someone I can trust to find the right home. We found a great place and Paul will be there for us through to closing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking in the Spartanburg area. I appreciate how easy he is to talk to and his genuine care for my husband and my wellbeing since we drove 15 hours to meet with him.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a happen chance meeting with Paul when entertaining the idea of my son buying his first home. At the very first meeting, Paul was very informative and provided the guidance we needed without the added pressure to aEURoeseal the dealaEUR?. This genuine compassion for our experience is what affirmed our decision to hire him as our realtor. Since then he had been the guide, the protector and a valuable resource which led us to closing on a new build less than 6 months since our initial meeting! We could not be more thrilled!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience working with Paul was first class. Super professional, always available and always one step ahead.I ended up purchasing the home without ever being there in person. Paul went to the home and took multiple videos and we had a video call from the home. He was instrumental in the home inspection as well as negotiating a price that worked for both sides. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul was very responsive to what we were looking for. He always responded timely to us when we reached out, which is very important. He was especially patient t as I contacted him well in advance, close to 5 months before we were ready to seriously look for houses. He was very professional, timely, respectful and I highly recommend him. I would def use him again!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul went above and beyond our expectations in every aspect. He answered each question we had and took the time to explain what to expect from this process. He drove all over the county when we wanted to tour houses in opposite directions. He would point out the pros and cons of each home, but never tried to push us into a decision. He patiently waited while we decided what was best for our family. He was encouraging when we felt discouraged. My favorite part of all, something that became a bit of an inside joke between my fiancA(C) and I, is how prompt Paul is. We never had to doubt he would be there. If our tour was at 6:00, Paul would be pulling into the driveway at 5:59 ready to go. Every single time. We so appreciate his hard work, his dedication to helping us, and his patience. The next time were in the market to buy a home, he will be our first call. That said, were going to go enjoy our new home for now. Thanks, Paul!

ZillowVERIFIED You know this man is top notch when he gets a review from the party that he was not representing! Paul was the buyer's agent for a home that we were selling. In the time that we worked together Paul found so many opportunities to serve his clients by serving me. On top of that, Paul reached out to me from time to time to ensure that I too was taken care of. Great guy!
