ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul Ruth as my realtor during my home-buying process, and I can confidently say that he exceeded all of my expectations. From our initial meeting to the closing day, Paul demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and knowledge of the real estate market. From our first consultation, it was clear that Paul was genuinely interested in understanding my needs and preferences. He took the time to listen to my requirements and concerns, asking insightful questions that helped clarify what I was looking for in a home. His approach was not only thorough but also incredibly reassuring; I felt that he truly cared about finding the right fit for me. Paul's expertise in the local market was evident throughout the entire process. He provided a detailed analysis of neighborhoods that aligned with my criteria, complete with insights on schools, amenities, and future development plans. His familiarity with market trends helped me make informed decisions, and he offered realistic assessments of properties, ensuring I wasnt misled by superficial features. During property showings, Paul was nothing short of outstanding. He was punctual, well-prepared, and always maintained a positive attitude. He pointed out both the strengths and potential drawbacks of each property, which was invaluable in helping me weigh my options. Paul also encouraged me to trust my instincts while providing his professional opinion, striking a perfect balance between guidance and autonomy.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Paul was the best decision we could have made! We came to him via a friends referral, so we knew he was great, but he exceded our expectations. With this being our first home-buying experience, we needed lots of guidance, and someone who would take the time to provide all the information, and basically teach us how to go about the whole process. This is exactly what he did, while being patient and very professional. He is knowledgeable about all the big and little details you should be looking out for in a house, and was always available for our questions or concerns. When we found the home we loved, he was able to close the sale in the best way possible. I'm telling you, even our 5-year-old thinks Paul is the best, and will still ask me to go look at houses with him!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul Ruth and his team are the absolute best. They treat their clients like family, looking out not only for their best financial interests but for their emotions and expectations as well. In our case, Paul and his team turned a complicated estate situation into a sale that benefited not only us but the buyers as well. He has a gift for presenting creative possibilities without overwhelming his clients, and he also is especially adept at managing others' emotional wellbeing through typically stressful situations. Additionally, his local connections were immeasurably helpful with liquidating physical assets and assessing investment possibilities for the property. It was a blessing to have Paul in our corner. It should be a no-brainer for any home seller or buyer to sign up with him and his team. We are customers of his for life.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul is such an amazing realtor. We had several challenges with the sale of our house and he helped us navigate them all. He pulled others in for advice and a fresh perspective as needed. He really listened to our needs and concerns both we the sale of our house and purchase of our new house. There are always hiccups along the way with the large transactions and you need a very experienced professional which Paul is. Oh and by the way a very nice guy as well easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul was immediately available to show the home on the evening we found the property available on the market. He gave us a solid recommendation on the offer needed to purchase the home that we wanted. The urgency that Paul put on getting an offer on the table the same evening that we looked at the home made the difference in having our offer accepted. Paul is very personable made us feel like part of his family all the way to the closing table.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the second time I have used Paul and was not thrilled with the transaction. There was miscommunication concerning me paying a portion of the buyers closing cost that I would not have agreed to, I didnt find out about this until closing day. On the actual closing date I did not receive any paperwork until around 10am.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought three homes with Paul and sold three. Paul has been a tremendous partner and always keeps the best interests of his buyer or seller top of mind. Our family has been through ups and downs requiring moving, not always under the best of circumstances. Every time, though, Paul has taken the time to listen, understand our goals, and tailor an approach that results in our best possible outcome. I have never felt pressured into a decision, and Paul makes himself available day or night. In this difficult market, Paul helped us secure a phenomenal home at a great price. I will definitely be working with Paul on my next move, without a doubt.

He says hed call me back and he did in just a few minutes. It was exactly what I wanted and I was under contract, closed, and moved in, all in less than 30 days. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Paul was fantastic! He was confident and optimistic in a crazy market. His years of experience made dealing with KB HOMES a breeze. The lines of communications was open any hour of the day and as information was received or changed, he called and or texted me immediately. He focused all of his energy to what my family was looking for when it came to price, size, quality builds, and a quality community. I will be using him again to purchase my next home in the DFW.

ZillowVERIFIED There are many qualities that, I think, makes Paul a great realtor but the one that, by far, stands out is that through out the home buying process I felt that he was always on my team. He never pressured me to move on a house. He always shared his experience with me but trusted me completely to make my decisions freely. He had my interest at heart even when it contradicted with his. There is no need for this review to be longer than this. Simply, make this man your realtor!
